We stay invested in these companies through multiple rounds of funding. We take active roles on the boards of these companies and closely monitor their progress against pre-defined milestones. We also help distressed companies that have inefficient capital structures by steering them towards short-term tactical priorities to stabilize the business and providing an optimal mix of debt and equity, through our strong relationship with banks to helps clients raise debt capital or bridge loans at favorable terms.
